要成就可持续发展,对于资源与竞争力相对薄弱的中小型/起步型企业而言,更需要优质且合适的管理模式。如何确定管理模式?如何发挥各色人才的优势?是企业未来竞争成功的必由之路。本文从中小型/起步型企业的角度出发,在文献综述、理论分析的基础上,论证Z理论对于中小型/起步型企业发展的意义,旨在为中小型/起步型企业优化自身的管理模式指明方向,同时也为企业管理者提供借鉴。
Achieving sustainable development requires a good and appropriate management model for small and medium-sized start-ups that have relatively weak resources and competitiveness. How to determine the management mode? How to play the advantages of various talents? Is the only way for the success of the future competition. Based on the literature review and theoretical analysis, this paper demonstrates the significance of Z theory for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups, aiming at specifying the management mode for small and medium-sized enterprises to optimize themselves Direction, but also for business managers to provide reference.
