在盐酸底液中,铅有很好的极谱性能,在滴汞电极上产生良好的还原波,广泛用于矿石中铅的测定。但锡、铊、砷、铜、铋、钒、钨、钼、铁等离子和铅的半波电位相近,或在铅的前后起波,干扰测定。测定矿石中的铅,为了消除铜、砷、锑等伴生元素的影响,通常采用铁粉还原,使铜、砷、锑、铋等以元素状态析出除去,铁(Ⅲ)还原为二价状态,但常与铅共生的钒、钨、铜有严重干扰。
