目的:设计制作创伤肢体支架以减轻患肢肿胀及创面潮湿。方法:采用不锈钢材质设计支架底座(A面)、支撑面(B面)及角度调节面(C面),根据患者需求通过调整C面随时调整支架角度。选择我科2013年1月—2016年1月的457例患者,应用该创伤肢体支架进行患肢抬高。结果:457例患者患肢肿胀明显减轻,舒适度增强,创面透气效果良好。结论:创伤肢体支架的应用能有效减轻患肢肿胀,减少创面潮湿,效果满意,值得临床推广。 OBJECTIVE: To design and manufacture a trauma limb support to reduce limb swelling and wound wetness. Methods: Stainless steel design bracket base (A surface), support surface (B surface) and angle adjustment surface (C surface), according to the needs of patients by adjusting the C surface at any time to adjust the bracket angle. 457 patients in our department from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected to have their limbs elevated using this traumatic limb scaffold. Results: 457 cases of patients with limb swelling was significantly reduced, comfort increased, the wound ventilation effect is good. Conclusion: The application of traumatic limb stents can effectively reduce limb swelling and reduce wound wetness, with satisfactory results and worthy of clinical promotion.
