目的 研究讨论“筋伤散”治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及效果?方法 应用计算机数字随机排序的方式将本院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者均分为对照组(60例，口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗)和治疗组(60例，采用外敷“筋伤散”治疗)，对比患者治疗前后麦吉尔疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)?西大略湖和麦克马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数积分(WOMAC)?膝关节KSS 评分?血清白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)治疗有效率?症状积分?体征积分?生活质量以及治疗满意度?结果 两组患者治疗前SF-MPQ?WOC“,”Objective To study and discuss the clinical efficacy and effect of “Jinshang San” in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods The 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were equally divided into the control group (60 cases， treated with oral celecoxib capsules) by means of computer-digital random sorting. And the treatment group (60 cases， treated with external application of “Jinshangsan”)， compare the McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ)， Western Dalle Lake and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index Score (WOMAC)， before and after treatment. KSS score of knee joint， serum interleukin 1β (IL-1β) treatment effective rate， symptom score， physical sign score， quality of life and treatment satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference in SF-MPQ， WOCAC， KSS and IL-1β MRI screening between the two groups of patients before treatment， and there was no statistical significance (P >0.05). After treatment， patients in the study group had SF-MPQ， WOCAC， the IL-1β level was lower than the control group， and the KSS score was higher than that of the control group. The effective rate of treatment in the study group is 96.67% (58/60); the effective rate in the control group is 85.00% (51/60). After treatment， it can be seen that the effective rate of treatment in the study group is higher than that in the control group. The difference is significant， and there are statistics. Academic significance (P 0.05). After treatment， the symptom score and physical sign score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P 0.05)， and the quality of life of the study group after treatment is higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 96.67% (58/60); the treatment satisfaction of the control group was 81.67% (49/60). It can be seen from the treatment satisfaction data that the treatment satisfaction of the study group is higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of “Jinshang San” in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can not only greatly eliminate the pain caused by the disease， but also significantly improve the function of the knee joint， which has high clinical application value.
