首先针对原有烟道存在的不少缺陷和问题进行了分析研究;同时对国内目前使用中的各种形式的水冷转炉烟道的结构和性能作了对比研究,从而提出对三厂25吨转炉烟道的三次改革:1.取消 U 型弯头,将联箱放下;2.将水冷活动烟罩改为汽化冷却,并将管子隔板式改为管子密排式;3.将氧枪口的水冷箱改为汽化冷却装置。三次大胆改革实现了烟道的全汽化冷却,为烟道革新闯出了一条途径。 First of all, some defects and problems existing in the original flue were analyzed and studied.
