目的 探讨活动期和稳定期系统性红斑狼疮 ( SL E)患者血清中的可溶性胞间粘连分子 - 1( s ICAM- 1)和白细胞介素 - 12 ( IL- 12 )的变化及其意义。 方法 应用 EL ISA法测定 16例活动期、15例稳定期及 2 0例健康者血清中 s ICAM- 1和 IL- 12水平 ,并与抗 - ds DNA、抗核抗体 ( ANA)、血沉等进行相关分析。 结果 与对照组比较 ,稳定期和活动期患者血清中 IL- 12水平依次降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ;SL E患者血清中 s ICAM- 1水平较对照组升高 ( P<0 .0 1) ,但活动期与稳定期未见统计学差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;患者血清中抗 ds DNA、ANA滴度及血沉水平的变化与 IL- 12有较好的相关性 ,与s ICAM- 1无明显相关。 结论 IL- 12在 SL E的免疫发病机制和免疫损伤机制中起重要作用 ;s ICAM- 1可以做为 SL E的一项免疫检测指标。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of sICAM-1 and IL-12 in sera of patients with active and stable systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Serum levels of s ICAM - 1 and IL - 12 in 16 active, 15 stable and 20 healthy controls were measured by ELISA, and were compared with anti - ds DNA, anti - nuclear antibody related analysis. Results Compared with the control group, serum levels of IL-12 in patients with stable and active phases decreased in turn (P <0.01); levels of serum s ICAM-1 in patients with SL E were significantly higher than those in controls (P <0. 0 1), but there was no significant difference between active and stable phases (P> 0.05). The changes of serum anti-dsDNA, ANA titers and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were correlated well with IL-12, s ICAM-1 no significant correlation. Conclusion IL-12 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of SL E and the mechanism of immune injury. S ICAM-1 can be used as an immunoassay for SL E.
