2002年1月1日,与铝工业有关的世贸组织协议实施之后,国内铝工业的生存环境发生了很大的变化。我国铝工业目前的现状是企业小而分散,劳动生产率较低,设备陈旧,技术更新慢,管理粗放,产业结构不合理,难以形成规模效益。入世对我国铝工业既是机遇,又是挑战。为了迎接这种挑战,相对弱小的我国铝工业必须加快产业结构调整,强化企业管理,进行战略重组以及培养相应的人才。
On January 1, 2002, after the implementation of the WTO agreement related to the aluminum industry, the living environment of the domestic aluminum industry has undergone great changes. The current status quo of China’s aluminum industry is small and scattered businesses, low labor productivity, outdated equipment, slow technology updates, extensive management, industrial structure is irrational, it is difficult to form economies of scale. Accession to the WTO is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for China’s aluminum industry. In order to meet this challenge, China’s relatively weaker aluminum industry must speed up industrial restructuring, strengthen business management, carry out strategic restructuring and cultivate corresponding talents.
