目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定肺炎合剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP(4.6mm×250mm)5μm分析柱。流动相:以乙腈-0.09%磷酸溶液(含0.1%三乙胺)(4:96),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:207nm。结果精密度和稳定性均良好;盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.0928μg~0.928μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.315%。结论本方法简便、专属、重现性好,可用于肺炎合剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Pneumonia Mixture. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a SinoChrom ODS-BP (4.6 mm × 250 mm) 5 μm column. Mobile phase: acetonitrile -0.09% phosphoric acid solution (containing 0.1% triethylamine) (4:96), the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1, detection wavelength: 207nm. The results showed good precision and stability. The injection volume of ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.0928μg ~ 0.928μg, r = 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.315%. Conclusion This method is simple, specific, reproducible, and can be used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Pneumonia Mixture.
