本文以 D50-12型增压机为例,论述了 SPM 法和 FFT 分析法在设备状态监测及故障诊断上的应用。根据理论计算,着重分析了频谱与故障之间的关系,并与事后拆机检查作了对照;对频谱图中因信号调制而产生的“虚假”频率作了分析探讨;对今后进行现场监测和信号分析时应注意的问题也提出了一些看法。
In this paper, D50-12 supercharger as an example, discusses the SPM method and FFT analysis method in the equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. According to the theoretical calculation, the relationship between spectrum and fault is emphatically analyzed and compared with the disassemble inspection afterwards; the “false” frequency caused by signal modulation in the spectrogram is analyzed and discussed; in the future, on-site monitoring and Some questions that should be paid attention to in signal analysis are also put forward.
