目的:探讨外科护理管理应用微信平台的效果。方法:2015年7月~2016年6月在医院普外科工作的23名护理人员,从2016年1月开始应用微信平台管理,比较应用微信平台前后护理人员理论、操作技能考核成绩、护理质量评分及工作满意度。结果:护理人员理论知识考核成绩为(90.53±3.83)分、操作技能考核成绩为(94.24±2.46)分,均高于应用前(P<0.05);环境管理为(92.14±2.45)分、服务态度为(94.65±4.13)分、基础护理为(95.22±3.45)分、专科护理为(94.82±3.36)分,均高于应用前(P<0.05);护理人员内在满意度评分为(42.45±4.84)分,外在满意度评分为(33.55±4.73)分,均高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:外科护理管理应用微信平台,有利于提高护理人员专业水平与工作满意度,提高护理质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of surgical nursing management application WeChat platform. Methods: From July 2015 to June 2016, 23 nurses working in the department of general surgery in the hospital started to apply the WeChat platform management from January 2016, and compared the application of the WeChat platform nurses’ theory, operational skills test scores and nursing quality scores And job satisfaction. Results: The score of theoretical knowledge of nursing staff was (90.53 ± 3.83) points, and the score of operational skills test was (94.24 ± 2.46) points, which were higher than those before application (P <0.05). The environmental management was (92.14 ± 2.45) (94.65 ± 4.13) points, basic nursing (95.22 ± 3.45) points and specialist nursing (94.82 ± 3.36) points respectively, which were higher than those before the application (P <0.05). The internal satisfaction degree of nurses was (42.45 ± 4.84) points, and external satisfaction score was (33.55 ± 4.73) points, both higher than before application (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of WeChat platform in surgical nursing management helps to improve the professional level and job satisfaction of nurses and improve the nursing quality.
