目的了解医学生专业承诺和职业决策自我效能的特点,探讨两者之间的关系,为提高学生的专业承诺水平和就业择业提供依据。方法使用《大学生专业承诺量表》和《大学生职业决策自我效能量表》对253名医学生进行问卷调查。结果学生的专业承诺和职业决策自我效能都存在是否调剂专业上的显著差异,所读专业为调剂专业的学生的专业承诺和职业决策自我效能都显著的低于所读专业为报考专业的学生(t=4.10,2.81;P<0.05);专业承诺和职业决策自我效能存在显著的正相关(P<0.01);专业承诺能显著的预测职业决策自我效能(β=0.52,P<0.001),预测量为30%。结论学生的专业承诺和职业决策自我效能关系密切,较高的专业承诺水平往往会带来较高的职业决策自我效能,提高就业能力。
Objective To understand the characteristics of medical students ’professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy, to explore the relationship between the two, and to provide basis for improving students’ professional commitment and career choice. Methods A total of 253 medical students were surveyed by using “College Students Professional Commitment Scale” and “College Students Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale”. Results The students’ professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy all showed significant differences in specialty adjustment. Students who read the major were majoring in professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy were significantly lower than those of the majors t = 4.10,2.81; P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between professional commitment and career decision self-efficacy (P <0.01). Professional commitment significantly predicted career decision self-efficacy (β = 0.52, The amount is 30%. Conclusion The professional commitment of students is closely related to the self-efficacy of career decision-making. Higher levels of professional commitment tend to lead to higher self-efficacy of career decision-making and higher employability.
