目的:观察二甲胺四环素对慢性鼻窦炎大鼠嗅感觉神经元(OSNs)凋亡的保护作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为对照组(A组)、鼻窦炎造模组(B组)和鼻窦炎加二甲胺四环素组(C组),于不同时间取材,用苏木精-伊红染色观察嗅上皮厚度及上颌窦黏膜病理变化,用免疫组织化学染色检测Caspase-3表达阳性细胞。结果:苏木精-伊红染色镜检发现上颌窦黏膜病理学改变:A组明显轻于B组和C组,B、C两组嗅上皮厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),免疫组织化学镜检发现B、C两组Caspase-3阳性细胞表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲胺四环素能抑制鼻窦炎大鼠模型Caspase-3的表达,可能成为治疗嗅觉障碍的有效药物。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of minocycline on apoptosis of olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs) in chronic sinusitis in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into control group (group A), sinusitis model group (group B) and sinusitis plus minocycline group (group C), drawn at different times, with hematoxylin - eosin The thickness of olfactory epithelium and the pathological changes of maxillary sinus mucosa were observed by immunohistochemical staining. Caspase-3 positive cells were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The histopathological changes of maxillary sinus mucosa were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining: group A was significantly lighter than group B and group C, and there were significant differences in the thickness of olfactory epithelium between groups B and C (P <0.05) Histochemical staining revealed that the expression of Caspase-3 positive cells in B and C groups was significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Minocycline can inhibit the expression of Caspase-3 in sinusitis rat model and may be an effective drug for the treatment of olfactory dysfunction.
