目的 探讨胆囊癌和肝外胆管癌组织中上皮钙粘合素 (E cadherin ,E cd)、α 连环素 (α catenin,α C)和 β 连环素 (β catenin,β C)表达特征及意义。 方法 胆囊癌组织标本 4 0例 ,肝外胆管癌 4 2例。用石蜡切片ABC免疫组织化学法观察其上皮钙粘合素和连环素的表达。结果 4 0例胆囊癌E cd、α C和 β C阳性率分别为 3 5 .0 %、5 0 .0 %和 4 2 .5 % ,4 2例胆管癌E cd、α C和 β C阳性率分别为 3 5 .7%、4 2 .8%和 4 0 .5 % ;高分化和未发生转移胆囊癌或胆管癌E cd、α C、β C阳性率及三者共同阳性率均明显高于低或未分化及发生转移的胆囊癌或胆管癌。结论 E cd、α C和 β C表达可能与胆囊癌和胆管癌发生发展、生物学行为及其预后有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of E-cadherin (E cd), α catenin (α C) and β catenin (β C) in gallbladder carcinoma and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Gallbladder cancer tissues were studied in 40 cases and extrahepatic bile duct cancers in 42 cases. A paraffin section ABC immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of E-cadherin and catenin. Results The positive rates of E cd, α C and β C in 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma were 35.0%, 50%, and 42.5%, respectively, and 42 cases were positive for E cd, α C and β C of cholangiocarcinoma. The rates were 35.7%, 42.8%, and 40.5% respectively; the positive rate of E cd, α C, β C in well-differentiated and non-metastasis gallbladder carcinoma or cholangiocarcinoma and the common positive rate of the three were all obvious. Higher than low or undifferentiated and metastatic gallbladder cancer or cholangiocarcinoma. Conclusion The expression of E cd, α C and β C may be closely related to the occurrence, development, biological behavior and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma.
