一年来,黑龙江省明水县交通局在旧车土路的条件下,由于广泛深入地开展了“安全、节约、车吨月产万吨公里”运动,有力地推动了各方面的工作:运输生产效率不断提高,各项消耗定额逐渐下降,运输成本有显著降低。1959年第四季度完成的货运量占1959年第一季度的343.49％,其中十二月份一个月完成的运量,即占第一季度的147.53％;全年平均车吨月产五千五百七十四吨公里,第四季度平均车吨月产10,146吨公里,十二月份车吨月产11,785吨公里。今年一月份车吨月产一万二千一百三十九吨公里,又较去年第四季度提高19.5％。由于运输效率的不断提高,也大大地降低了运输成本,1958年吨公里成本平均0.187元,1959年吨公里成本平均0.148元,降低了26％今年元月份吨公里成本降低到0.115元,又比去年同时期降低了0.83％。运动的开展,不但保证了安全生产,提高了运输效率,同时更把企业经营管理水平大大的推进了一步。
