报道了由部分反射凹面镜和辅助平面镜构成的复合输出镜高压CH4气体(Nd,Ce):YAG拉曼频移激光器的理论和实验研究结果。在10J的输入下,获得12mJ的拉曼激光输出,并计算了基频场基模光束参数。
The theoretical and experimental results of a high-pressure CH4 gas (Nd, Ce): YAG Raman shift laser with a compound output mirror consisting of a partially reflecting concave mirror and an auxiliary mirror are reported. At 10J input, a Raman laser output of 12 mJ was obtained, and the fundamental-mode fundamental-mode beam parameters were calculated.
