我校“自主德育”模式的内涵:突出学生的主体地位,体现了对学生人格的尊重,改变让学生无条件地服从的德育形式。通过红领巾监督岗组织,实现了学生自我认识、自我监督和自我改正能力;通过活动自主开展,培养了学生自主参与的责任意识,促进学校各项工作取得了优异成绩。学校先后获得泰安市规范化学校、泰安市学校文化建设“AAA”级单位、泰安市平安和谐校园、宁阳县“花园式”单位、华丰镇教书育人先进单位等一系列荣誉称号。 The connotation of the model of “self moral education” in our school: to highlight the students’ dominant position, to show respect for the personality of the students and to change the forms of moral education that students should unconditionally obey.
