根据中华人民共和国宪法第十八条“一切国家机关工作人员必须效忠人民民主制度,服从宪法和法律,努力为人民服务。”的规定,为了不断地提高国家行政机关工作人员的社会主义觉悟,发扬工作积极性和创造性,防止和纠正国家行政机关工作人员的违法失职行为,以切实保证社会主义建设事业的顺利完成,现在对于国家行政机关工作人员的奖惩问题,作以下规定:
