为探讨急性非淋巴细胞白血病患者细胞遗传学改变,对91 例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL) 的骨髓染色体进行了检查,对染色体畸变,特别是特异性染色体畸变以及染色体畸变发生率作了研究,结果有67.0% 的患者有染色体异常改变,其中结构异常占43.9 % ,数目异常占23 .1% 。M2、M3、M5、M4 畸变比率最高,共占染色体畸变总数的90 .2 % ,M1、M7 次之,M6 较少有染色体畸变,此畸变与ANLL的细胞类型常带有一种特异的对应关系。同时对不同时期的染色体核型作了动态观察,表明染色体核型动态检查对于观察ANLL的病情及指导治疗和判断预后都有一定的价值。并对ANLL 的细胞遗传学与FAB分型、免疫分型间的关系作了探讨,表明形态学、免疫学、细胞遗传学对ANLL分型是不可分割的一个整体。
To investigate the cytogenetic changes in patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia, 91 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) bone marrow chromosomes were examined and chromosome aberrations, in particular specific chromosome aberrations and chromosomal aberrations, were investigated. As a result, 67.0% of patients had chromosomal abnormalities, of which structural abnormalities accounted for 43.9 % and abnormal numbers accounted for 23. 1%. M2, M3, M5 and M4 had the highest distortion ratio, accounting for 90 of the total number of chromosome aberrations. 2%, M1, M7 times, M6 is less chromosomal aberrations, this aberration and ANLL cell types often have a specific corresponding relationship. At the same time, the karyotypes of different periods were dynamically observed, indicating that karyotypic dynamic examination has certain value for observing the condition of ANLL and guiding treatment and judging prognosis. The relationship between ANLL cytogenetics and FAB classification and immunophenotyping was discussed, indicating that morphology, immunology, and cytogenetics are integral to the ANLL classification.
