在炼油厂、化工厂中,确定金属材料的种类是十分重要的,尤其象氢氟酸烷基化这样的装置。蒙乃尔合金是抗氢氟酸腐蚀的,而不锈钢则不能用于氢氟酸系统中,但蒙乃尔合金和不锈钢外观很相似,用肉眼难以分辨。在国外,为了在现场能很快的分辨设备、阀门和仪表中零件的金属种类,采用两种办法,一是滴酸鉴别法,二是采用金属分析仪进行快速分析。现根据国外的有关资料,将这两种方法作一简单介绍。
