目的:用豚鼠全身过敏性试验模型探讨不同剂量卵蛋白(OVA)的过敏性。方法:用不同剂量的卵蛋白致敏激发豚鼠,复制全身过敏性试验模型,观察过敏反应症状,ELISA检测不同剂量OVA组和空白对照组的豚鼠血清中OVA特异性抗体IgE的含量变化。结果:全身过敏实验阳性对照组(OVA)致敏率为100%,大部分过敏反应级别较高;阴性对照组的致敏率为0%;14 d时过敏反应无明显差异,21 d时过敏反应有统计学意义(P<0.05);14 d时OVA组与对照组比,血清IgE值水平无明显差异,21 d OVA组与对照组比,血清IgE值水平显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:OVA致敏原的剂量在一定浓度范围内与过敏反应指标IgE值呈现相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the allergic effects of different doses of ovalbumin (OVA) in a guinea pig systemic allergy test. METHODS: Guinea pigs were sensitized with different doses of ovalbumin, and allergic test models were replicated to observe the symptoms of allergic reactions. ELISA was used to detect the content of OVA-specific IgE in guinea pigs in different doses of OVA and blank control groups. RESULTS: The sensitization rate of the positive control group (OVA) in the systemic allergy test was 100%, most of the allergic reactions were in high grade, and the sensitization rate in the negative control group was 0%. There was no significant difference in allergic reaction on the 14th day and allergy on the 21st day. The response was statistically significant (P<0.05); at 14 days, there was no significant difference in serum IgE levels between the OVA group and the control group, and there was a significant difference in serum IgE levels between the 21st OVA group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The dose of OVA-sensitized original is correlated with the IgE value of hypersensitivity reaction within a certain concentration range.
