本文结合国内外物流法律法规现状,分析我国物流发展中法规体系建设尚存的问题,提出若干完善我国物流法律法规体系的建议。
Based on the status quo of logistics laws and regulations at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the remaining problems in the development of China’s logistics laws and regulations system and puts forward some suggestions to improve our logistics laws and regulations.
