本文介绍了用人LDL培养的胎儿主动脉平滑肌细胞内SOD活性变化的趋势,结果显示,LDL在促进细胞增生的同时,能诱导细胞内SOD活性增高;而当细胞生长到一定程度后,SOD活性下降,出现细胞死亡;这些变化与动脉粥样硬化的病变相一致。
This paper introduces the trend of SOD activity in cultured human fetal LDL smooth muscle cells. The results show that LDL can promote the proliferation of cells while increasing the activity of SOD. When the cells grow to a certain extent, the activity of SOD decreases , Cell death occurs; these changes are consistent with atherosclerotic lesions.
