分析喷枪失效原因,对损坏喷枪的残样和未损坏的喷枪进行宏观、微观形貌和金相组织的对比分析,在宏观形貌分析中可见损坏的喷枪有明显被腐蚀的痕迹。对损坏的喷枪进行XRD分析,测定腐蚀产物。结果表明:喷枪的腐蚀形式有晶间腐蚀和孔蚀。晶间腐蚀的原因可能是M23C6或金属间化合物在晶界处的析出;孔蚀的原因可能是α相与γ相构成两相区,形成微电池,最终导致点蚀。
Analysis of the causes of failure of the spray gun, the residual damage to the gun and the undamaged gun spray macro and micro morphology and microstructure comparative analysis of macroscopic morphology analysis shows that the damaged gun has obvious signs of corrosion. Intergranular corrosion may be due to the precipitation of M23C6 or intermetallics at the grain boundaries. Pitting corrosion may be caused by the fact that α and γ phases form a two-phase region that forms a micro-cell that eventually leads to pitting.
