The relationship between the self-starting process, the soliton’s pulse width and stability and the laser parameters of the nonlinear polarization-locked passive mode-locked fiber toroidal soliton laser is analyzed in detail.The pulse width of the laser after stable operation is obtained by solving the soliton’s parametric evolution equation Expressions and stable operating conditions of the laser.
