为探明氮钾施用量对青花菜植株生长、花球形成、产量以及品质的影响,以锯木屑、炉渣和栽培过食用菌的棉籽壳为材料,组成复合基质,进行了无土栽培青花菜的研究.结果表明,每株施用15g尿素+10g氯化钾(N15K10)处理花球形成最早、品质优、产量较高,施肥经济,总体表现最好;每株施用30g尿素+10g氯化钾(N30K10)处理产量最高、品质较优,施肥较经济;而每株施用30g尿素+30g氯化钾(N30K30)处理表现最差.在试验范围内,适当提高氮肥用量有利于增加产量,而钾肥水平过高反而明显降低品质,影响产量
