为了提高闪光焊机液压伺服系统故障诊断的准确性、实时性,在对液压伺服故障机理分析的基础上,运用计算机技术、数字信号处理技术、模糊故障诊断理论,设计出焊机液压故障诊断系统。对液压伺服系统模糊故障诊断算法进行了研究,并将其应用到焊机液压故障诊断系统。实际故障诊断结果表明,故障诊断系统能准确判断出液压伺服系统的故障部位、故障类型、故障严重程度,这为现场排除故障提供了依据,缩短了故障诊断时间,具有实际工程应用价值。
In order to improve the accuracy and real-time of fault diagnosis of hydraulic servo system of flash welder, based on the analysis of the mechanism of hydraulic servo fault, this paper designs a hydraulic fault diagnosis system of welder using computer technology, digital signal processing technology and fuzzy fault diagnosis theory . The fuzzy fault diagnosis algorithm for hydraulic servo system is studied and applied to the hydraulic fault diagnosis system of welder. The actual fault diagnosis results show that the fault diagnosis system can accurately determine the fault location of the hydraulic servo system, the type of fault, and the severity of the fault. This provides the basis for site troubleshooting and shortens the fault diagnosis time, which has practical application value.
