采用压团中温固结的方法将转炉尘泥制作成团块状化渣剂用于转炉冶炼生产的新思路,对转炉尘泥的处理与综合利用具有重要意义。研究中首先进行了多种尘泥球团制作方法的对比实验,从中寻求出了一种最适宜的球团工艺,然后通过系统实验确定出了最佳的工艺参数;在实验的基础上,通过自主设计建成了新的转炉尘泥化渣剂球团生产线;最后在生产中,调整工艺参数以提高尘泥球团的强度,满足炼钢生产要求;并在炼钢生产中得出了适宜的尘泥球团的添加及应用技术使尘泥球团最终在炼钢过程中得到了成功的应用。
It is of great importance to treat and synthesize the converter dust mud by using the method of compacting the medium temperature to consolidate the converter dust mud into a clumping slag agent for the converter smelting production. In this study, we first conducted a comparative experiment on a variety of dust-ball pellets making method, from which we can find a most suitable pellet process, and then through the system experiment to determine the best process parameters; on the basis of experiments, Independent design and construction of a new converter dust mud agent slag pellet production line; Finally in the production, adjust the process parameters to improve the strength of the dust ball pellets to meet the steel production requirements; and in the steelmaking obtained suitable The addition and application of dust-dust pellets have enabled the dust-dust pellets to be successfully applied in the steel-making process.
