目的探讨南宁市2007年建筑工地食堂食物中毒的发生规律和特点,为制定预防和控制措施提供依据。方法依据《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》,按食物中毒发生的时间分布、致病因素、中毒食品种类等内容进行归类统计分析。结果2007年南宁市建筑工地食堂发生食物中毒共5起,中毒70人,无死亡病例,细菌性引起的食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多,共3起,中毒人数53人,分别占中毒总起数和中毒总人数的60%及75.7%。结论今后工作重点是加强建筑工地食堂食物中毒现场应急处置能力的建设。
Objective To explore the law of occurrence and characteristics of food poisoning in the canteen of construction site in Nanning City in 2007 and provide the basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures. Methods According to the “Diagnostic Criteria of Food Poisoning and Technical Processing General Principles”, the statistical analysis was carried out based on the time distribution of food poisoning, the risk factors and the type of poisoned food. Results In 2007, five food poisoning occurred in the canteens of construction sites in Nanning City. There were 70 cases of poisoning and no deaths. The number of food poisonings and the number of poisoning caused by bacteria were the highest, with a total of 53 poisoning cases, accounting for the total number of poisonings Number and poisoning of the total number of 60% and 75.7%. Conclusion The focus of the future work is to strengthen the site construction of canteen food poisoning emergency response capacity building.
