作为医院服务体系重要组成部分之一的人力资源培训,在提升医院服务质量方面扮演重要角色。本文以加强医院人力资源培训的意义作为出发点,分析了医院人力资源培训过程中面临的主要问题,并针对问题提出了医院人力资源培训体系构建的相关策略,以期为提高医院服务质量提供一些参考和意见。
Human resources training, one of the most important components of the hospital service system, plays an important role in improving the quality of hospital services. Based on the significance of strengthening the training of hospital human resources, this paper analyzes the main problems that the hospital faces in the process of training human resources, and puts forward some strategies to construct the hospital human resources training system in view of the problems, with a view to providing some references for improving the quality of hospital services opinion.
