目的探讨处方点评在医院合理用药中的应用。方法随机抽取某院2011年1～10月的1000张门诊处方,根据《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的相关规定,对各类不合理情况进行调查分析及点评。结果 1000张门诊处方,不合理处方197张,占19.7%。结论某院门诊处方存在较多不合理状况,需加强临床用药合理性监测,规范处方用药。
Objective To discuss the application of prescription reviews in rational drug use in hospitals. Methods A total of 1000 outpatient prescriptions from January to October 2011 in a hospital were randomly selected. According to the relevant provisions of “Management Regulations of Hospital Prescription Reviews (for Trial Implementation)”, all types of unreasonable situations were investigated and analyzed. Results 1000 outpatient prescriptions, irrational prescription 197, accounting for 19.7%. Conclusion There are more unreasonable prescriptions in outpatient prescriptions in a hospital. It is necessary to strengthen the rational monitoring of clinical medication and regulate prescription medication.
