目的:了解掌握青年卫生监督员应急知识现状,为其培训需求提供科学依据。方法:采用与应急相关的各学科不同认知层次的知识试题,对辖区七个卫生监督机构推荐的21名青年骨干进行笔试答题,运用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果:各学科平均掌握率为:公共知识50.70%、基础知识38.92%、专业知识42.52%;不同认知层次试题平均掌握率为:记忆层次38.22%、理解层次60.98%、应用层次35.79%。结论:青年卫生监督员应对各类突发公共卫生事件的知识、技能存在较多不足,应尽快建立和实施青年卫生监督员应急培训教育规划,开展有目的的基础理论温习更新、模拟应用演练和公共知识扩展。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of emergency knowledge of young health supervisors and to provide scientific basis for their training needs. Methods: Using knowledge questions of different cognition levels in different disciplines related to emergency, 21 young cadres recommended by seven health supervision agencies in the area were asked questions and answers, and SPSS13.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: The average mastery rates of all disciplines were: 50.70% of public knowledge, 38.92% of basic knowledge and 42.52% of professional knowledge. The average mastery rates of questions at different cognitive levels were: memory level 38.22%, understanding level 60.98% and application level 35.79%. Conclusion: Young health supervisors should deal with all kinds of public health emergencies. There are many deficiencies in their knowledge and skills. Young health supervisors should set up and implement emergency training programs as soon as possible, carry out purposeful basic theory review, simulation exercises and Public knowledge expansion.
