Decompressive osteonecrosis is due to improper decompression after high pressure operation, the body of residual bubbles and its secondary factors blocking and oppression of the bones of the nutrient vessels caused by ischemic bone and joint disease. With the rapid development of diving, the incidence of decompressive osteonecrosis increases year by year, which is widely accepted by scholars all over the world. However, the incidence of decompression osteonecrosis has not drawn any attention since it was separated from high-pressure operation.
