本文就放射性同位素在中药有效成分的药动学及药效学方面应用情况作一简述。作者查阅了大量文献资料证明,近年来,随着标记化合物特别是~(14)C、~3H标记物的大量合成和核技术的迅速发展,大大推动了药理学的进展。通过实验研究证明,中药治疗疾病有其物质基础,药物的作用与其分布有关系,这对中药制剂剂型的改进和临床合理用药提供了科学依根。
This article briefly describes the application of radioactive isotopes in the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines. The authors have examined a large number of literatures and documents, and in recent years, the development of pharmacology has been greatly promoted with the mass synthesis of labeling compounds, especially the ~(14)C, ~3H markers, and the rapid development of nuclear techniques. Through experimental research, it is proved that Chinese medicine has its material basis for the treatment of diseases, and its role is related to its distribution. This provides a scientific basis for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine formulations and clinical rational drug use.
