现代社会竞争日益激烈,每个人都面临巨大的就业压力。然而对于如何择业,多数应届生甚至工作多年的人都没有接受过相关教育或培训,所以在择业过程中存在着大量人岗不匹配的情况,这为之后频繁离职埋下隐患,影响了员工的职业发展,也给企业带来了不必要的置换成本。如何确立正确的择业对每一个职业人都尤为重要。本文通过展现一名员工的离职面谈过程,详细分析了树立正确择业观的重要性——寻找最适合自己的工作。
With the increasingly fierce competition in modern society, everyone faces tremendous pressure of employment. However, there is a large number of mismatch between people and jobs in the process of career selection for those who choose to work and most of whom are graduating or even working for many years.
