目的了解东营市河口区手足口病流行期间托幼机构卫生状况,以做好手足口病流行期间托幼机构的管理和防控工作。方法2009年4月-6月对我区30所托幼机构的基本卫生状况进行了调查。采用一般情况检查、现场调查问卷和检品随机抽样等方式。结果1所托幼机构保健员符合要求;1所布局合理;6所配备紫外线消毒灯;26所配备消毒设施;28所建立消毒制度并记录齐全,合格率分别为3.33%、3.33%、20.00%、86.67%、93.33%。卫生知识平均知晓率为89.00%。幼儿手、玩具、食(饮)具、毛巾、室内空气合格率分别为80.00%、84.44%、84.33%、80.00%、83.33%。结论东营市托幼机构卫生状况良好,但托幼机构部分硬件设施配备不健全,主管部门应做好监管,抓好落实,确保我区托幼机构无传染病流行。
Objective To understand the health status of nurseries and kindergartens during the epidemic of hand, foot and mouth disease in the estuary of Dongying City so as to manage and prevent the nurseries and nurses during the epidemic of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods From April to June 2009, we surveyed the basic health status of 30 nurseries in our district. Using the general inspection, on-site questionnaires and seized goods, such as random sampling. The results showed that 1 health care provider of child-care agencies met the requirements, 1 layout was reasonable, 6 were equipped with UV disinfection lamps, 26 were equipped with disinfection facilities, 28 disinfection system was established and the records were complete with pass rates of 3.33%, 3.33% and 20.00% , 86.67%, 93.33%. The average awareness of health knowledge was 89.00%. The passing rates of infant hand, toy, food (drink), towel and indoor air were 80.00%, 84.44%, 84.33%, 80.00% and 83.33% respectively. Conclusion The health care facilities of kindergartens and nurses in Dongying are good. However, some hardware facilities of kindergartens and nurseries are not well equipped. The competent departments should supervise them and ensure that they are free from any epidemic diseases.
