目的:探讨抑癌基因(PTEN)和促血管生成素2(Ang-2)在喉鳞状细胞癌、正常喉组织中的表达关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例喉鳞状细胞癌患者的病理标本及10例正常喉组织例标本中PTEN和Ang-2的表达。结果:PTEN阳性表达灰度值在癌组织中低于正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.05),与组织分化程度有相关性,P<0.031;Ang-2阳性表达灰度值在癌组织中明显高于正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.041),与组织分化程度有相关性,P<0.01。PTEN与Ang-2呈直线负相关。结论:在喉鳞状细胞癌发生的过程中,PTEN和Ang-2可能发生异常表达,对喉鳞状细胞癌发展作用不同,但与喉鳞状细胞癌的进展无关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene (PTEN) and angiopoietin 2 (Ang-2) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and normal laryngeal tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PTEN and Ang-2 in 30 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal laryngeal tissues. Results: The positive expression of PTEN was lower in squamous cell carcinoma tissue than in normal laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05), which was correlated with the degree of differentiation (P <0.031). The positive expression of Ang-2 in carcinoma tissues was significantly higher In normal laryngeal mucosa (P <0.041), there was a correlation with the degree of tissue differentiation (P <0.01). PTEN is negatively correlated with Ang-2. CONCLUSIONS: PTEN and Ang-2 may be abnormally expressed in the process of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, which have different effects on the development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, but have nothing to do with the progress of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
