基于酒店实习生的问卷调查,本文从实习生感知评价维度入手,分析实习生对实习效果满意度和实习目标的评价,并对校外实习教学开展中存在的问题提出优化改进方案。问卷调查方法采用实习前调查和实习后调查的方法。研究发现:(1)实习生对酒店行业和部门存在偏好差异;(2)实习生与校企双方缺乏有效信息沟通;(3)实习生的合理诉求未得到校企双方足够的重视和支持;(4)学校与酒店在实习生培 Based on the questionnaire survey of hotel interns, this paper starts with the dimensions of perceived evaluation of interns, analyzes the intern evaluation of internship satisfaction and internship goals, and puts forward the optimization and improvement measures for the problems in the internship teaching.
