公路施工企业成本管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,而工程项目成本管理又是企业成本管理的重中之重。在我国,大多数工程项目都以招投标的形式最终确定,项目一旦确定后,整个合同的总价也基本确定。在这种情况下,企业要想获得盈利只能通过加强工程项目的成本管理来实现。本文就公路施工企业工程项目成本管理存在的问题及解决的对策进行深入研究,谈谈自己的看法。
The cost management of highway construction enterprise is an important part of the modern enterprise management, and the project cost management is also the top priority of the enterprise cost management.
