从古希腊罗马到中世纪,西方艺术处于“自由艺术”体系的统治之中,尽管文艺复兴以来关于艺术的观念有了很大发展,但是现代艺术体系是在相对晚近的时期才出现。作为启蒙运动的产物,现代意义上的艺术体系的出现、形成和确立是一个现代的建构过程。本文将从不同的社会学理论入手,通过对现代社会文化的研究,将现代艺术体系置于文化社会学的背景中加以分析,进而揭示西方现代艺术体系内门类艺术关系变化的某些特征。
From ancient Greece and Rome to the Middle Ages, western art was under the rule of the “art of freedom” system. Although the concept of art since the Renaissance had greatly developed, the modern art system appeared only in a relatively recent period. As a product of the Enlightenment, the emergence, formation and establishment of an art system in the modern sense is a modern construction process. This article will start with different sociological theories and analyze the modern social system by placing the modern art system in the background of cultural sociology and revealing some of the characteristics of the changes in the art relations within the modern western art system.
