本文简要叙述了多向模锻的工艺特点及其在生产中的应用。以导弹喷管的多向模锻工艺为例,重点分析了在水平分模多向模锻时,毛坯形状、金属体积分配和毛坯定位对金属成形的影响;阐明了水平分模多向模锻时金属流动的特点;分析并论证了变形力及压模力的计算方法。本试验研究为多向模锻生产打下了良好的基础,并为填补我国锻压这一技术空白起到了积极的推动作用。
This article briefly describes the multi-direction forging process characteristics and its application in the production. Taking multi-direction die forging process of missile nozzle as an example, the influence of blank shape, metal volume distribution and blank positioning on metal forming is analyzed emphatically when the horizontal parting multi-direction forging is analyzed. When the metal flow characteristics; analysis and demonstration of the deformation force and the calculation of the mold force. The experimental study laid a good foundation for the multi-direction forging production and played a positive role in promoting the blank of this technology forging in our country.
