目的为了解长沙市公共场所集中空调通风系统的嗜肺军团菌污染现状,为更好的提出控制措施提供依据。方法 2007、2010年对长沙市宾馆、商场使用的集中空调通风系统的冷却水、冷凝水进行随机采样,检测嗜肺军团菌。结果 2007年嗜肺军团菌检出率43.9%,冷却水的检出率58%,冷凝水未检出(P<0.01)。I型嗜肺军团菌比例较高,占77.8%,2-14型22.2%。2010年检出率18%,冷却水的检出率24.3%,冷凝水检出率5.5%,I型嗜肺军团菌90%,2-14型10%。结论加强监督,定期进行清洗,可降低公共场所集中空调通风系统的军团菌污染的风险。
Objective To understand the status of Legionella pneumophila contamination in central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Changsha City, and to provide a basis for better control measures. Methods In 2007 and 2010, the cooling water and condensate of central air conditioning and ventilation system used in Changsha hotels and shopping malls were randomly sampled to detect Legionella pneumophila. Results The detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in 2007 was 43.9%, the detection rate of cooling water was 58%, and the condensate water was not detected (P <0.01). The proportion of Legionella pneumophila I was higher, accounting for 77.8% and 22.2% for type 2-14. The detection rate in 2010 was 18%, the detection rate of cooling water was 24.3%, the detection rate of condensed water was 5.5%, the Legionella pneumophila I was 90% and the type 2-14 was 10%. Conclusion Strengthening supervision and regular cleaning can reduce the risk of Legionella contamination in the HVAC system in public places.
