框式水平仪的零位检定主要有两种检定方法。一种是水平仪试行检定规程(38-58)中所述的零位检定方法,即以水平仪本身的主气泡安装的位置为基准来检定该水平仪各工作面(水平和垂直)的零位误差。另一种是先检定主体的矩形几何精度,再以基准面零位进行换算。这种方法已在一些水平仪制造厂和修理部门采用。但是,目前对这种方法是否符合规程(38~58)和有无实用价值仍处在研究和探讨中。为开展对这方面的讨论,提出一些个人看法,以供参考。
There are two main ways to check the zero level of the frame level. One is the zero-point verification method described in the Level Verification Test Procedure (38-58), which uses the position of the main bubble installation of the level itself as a benchmark to check the zero position error of each level (horizontal and vertical) of the level. The other is the first test of the main rectangular geometry accuracy, and then converted to zero datum. This method has been adopted at some level factories and repair departments. However, at present, whether this method is in compliance with the rules (38 ~ 58) and whether it has practical value is still under study and discussion. To carry out discussions on this issue, put forward some personal views for reference.
