本文概述辽宁电偶会战组开展高温代铂电偶材料的研制情况。重点是以含钇的镍铬_(10)—镍硅_(2.5)新型电偶为主要研究对象,并详细地考核加入微量元素钇(0.05—0.15%)对电势稳定性和抗氧化性能的影响。对高温抗氧化机理只作初步的讨论。通过对所研制的新型电偶在工业生产中使用性能的试验,认为该电偶材料可以代替铂铑—铂电偶在1300℃温度以下应用。
This article summarizes the development of the generation of high-temperature platinum electrocatalytic materials in the Liaoning Electro-Aeon Combat Team. The emphasis is on the new yttrium-containing nickel-chromium _ (10) - nickel-silicon _ (2.5) new galvanic couple as the main research object, and a detailed examination of the addition of trace elements yttrium (0.05-0.15%) on the potential stability and antioxidant properties influences. Only a preliminary discussion of the mechanism of high temperature oxidation resistance.
