通过对Q235热轧钢板分层断口的宏观和微观观察分析,以及钢板显微组织、非金属夹杂物的检验分析,查明严重的组织不均匀性是导致Q235热轧钢板分层轧裂的原因。
Through the macroscopic and microscopic observation and analysis of stratified fracture of Q235 hot-rolled steel sheet, as well as the inspection and analysis of the microstructure and non-metallic inclusions in the steel plate, it is found that the serious inhomogeneity of the structure is the cause of the delamination and delamination of the Q235 hot-rolled steel sheet .
