本文从实证角度分析我国新疆与中亚各国进出口贸易的现状及其在贸易中的不规范行为表现并提出政策建议,认为我国与中亚各国进出口贸易不规范行为普遍存在于各贸易环节,不利于双边与多边贸易的平稳与持续发展;现行的贸易行为、习惯限制了双边与多边进出口贸易的进一步发展,急需进一步规范。 This paper analyzes the status quo of the import and export trade in Xinjiang and Central Asian countries and its non-standard behavior in trade from the empirical point of view and makes policy suggestions. It is considered that the non-normative behavior of import and export trade between China and Central Asian countries exists in all aspects of trade, Which is not conducive to the smooth and sustained development of bilateral and multilateral trade. The current trade practices and habits restrict the further development of bilateral and multilateral import and export trade, which urgently needs to be further regulated.
