2002年4月中旬,我有幸参加了国家教育部举办的“小学美术课程改革国家级培训”学习,时间虽短,获益匪浅。它使我接受了一些新的美术教育理论,也体会到课程改革的必要性和紧迫性。首先,我们从事基础教育的老师,尤其是师范院校的老师应认识到究竟什么是基础教育?一个公民需要什么样的基础教育?基础教育简单地说就是使每个人都能成为幸福生活的创造者,即给卑微的人带来自信,给自信的人带来创造。美术教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,所以应围绕以上的主旨。
In mid-April 2002, I had the privilege of participating in the “National Primary School Art Curriculum Reform” seminar organized by the Ministry of Education. The time was short and benefited a lot. It enabled me to accept some new theories of art education and realize the necessity and urgency of curriculum reform. First of all, we engaged in basic education teachers, especially teachers of normal colleges and universities should recognize what exactly is basic education? What kind of basic education does a citizen need? Basic education simply means that everyone can become a happy life creation Who bring self-confidence to humble people and create for confident people. Art education is an important part of basic education, so we should focus on the above tenets.
