导言:在铝及其合金的防蚀方面,化学转化层已得到广泛应用。近年来,常用的是铬液氧化法。然而,由于该溶液危及人体健康,人们一直在试图寻找铬酸盐处理的替代过程。目前已得到一些金属的转化层,如:锌、锡、铝、低中碳钢的转化层。但有关资料表明:这些金属薄膜的防腐性能都比铬酸盐处理所得薄膜层的防腐性能差。本文将对高锰酸盐为基的化学转化层在铝及其合金方面的应用和腐蚀性能作初步的探讨。
Introduction: Chemical conversion coatings have been widely used in the prevention of corrosion of aluminum and its alloys. In recent years, commonly used is the chromium liquid oxidation method. However, due to the endangering of the solution to human health, people have been trying to find alternative chromate treatments. Has been some metal conversion layer, such as: zinc, tin, aluminum, low carbon steel conversion layer. However, the data show that: the corrosion resistance of these metal films than chromate film obtained from the corrosion performance is poor. In this paper, the permanganate-based chemical conversion layer of aluminum and its alloys and corrosion properties of the preliminary study.
