为了探讨糖皮质激素对肾病患儿骨代谢的影响,采用放射免疫测定法对36例长期使用激素和32例未使用激素的肾病患儿的骨钙素、降钙素、甲状分腺素进行测定,并同时行骨密度测定。结果显示;观察组同对照组相比,骨钙素、降钙素明显下降,而甲状旁腺素显著升高(P<0.01),两组骨密度相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。因此,临床检测骨钙素、降钙素、甲状旁腺素可了解骨代谢情况。
In order to investigate the effect of glucocorticoid on bone metabolism in children with nephropathy, radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of osteocalcin, calcitonin and thyroid hormone in 36 children with long-term use of hormone and 32 children without nephropathy , And simultaneous determination of bone mineral density. The results showed that compared with the control group, osteocalcin and calcitonin were significantly decreased in the observation group and parathyroid hormone was significantly increased (P <0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0 .05). Therefore, clinical testing of osteocalcin, calcitonin, parathyroid hormone can understand the situation of bone metabolism.
