人才工作牵头抓总是中央赋予组织部门的重要职责。十多年来,各级组织部门坚持党管人才原则,围绕落实管宏观、管政策、管协调、管服务要求,切实履行牵头抓总职责,积累了有益经验,我们要认真加以总结,进一步明确思路、完善机制、改进方法,不断提高组织部门牵头抓总水平。 Talent work is always the central task entrusted to the organization department.
