本文分析了远红外光(或亚毫米波)在线性介质──非线性反铁磁介质──线性介质系统中的透射特性,数值分析表明该系统具有双稳和多稳特性.分析了非线性反铁磁介质厚度d、介电常数ε_2以及线性介质的介电常数ε_1、ε_3对系统输出功率与输入功率关系的影响。结果表明:非线性反铁磁介质层越厚,实现双稳工作所要求的门限功率越小,输出效率越低;ε_2越大,门限功率越小,输出效率越高,双稳动态范围越小;ε_1越大,门限功率越大,输出效率越高,动态范围越小;ε_3对门限功率影响很小,ε_3增加,双稳态范围减小。
In this paper, the transmission characteristics of far-infrared (or sub-millimeter-wave) linear media - nonlinear antiferromagnetic media - linear media systems are analyzed. Numerical analysis shows that the system has bistable and multi-stable characteristics. The influence of nonlinear antiferromagnetic thickness d, dielectric constant ε_2 and dielectric constant ε_1, ε_3 on the relationship between system output power and input power is analyzed. The results show that the thicker the nonlinear antiferromagnetic layer, the smaller the threshold power required to achieve the bistable operation, the lower the output efficiency; the larger the ε_2, the smaller the threshold power, the higher the output efficiency, the smaller the bistable dynamic range ; Ε_1 is bigger, the threshold power is bigger, the output efficiency is higher, the dynamic range is smaller; ε_3 has little effect on the threshold power, ε_3 increases, and the bistable range decreases.
